I take the charts like a pinch of salt, some might be right and some might be wrong with the percentages, if anything it might give a average, but than again everyone's taste of one flavor could be the opposite to others.
If anything i would only use them charts for the flavors that are stated as 1-5% which normally tells me it is one hell of a strong flavor....anything from 10% too 20% can mean anything from sweet too slightly sweet.

might have Diacetyl in them, fredOil in some of the fruits, Acetyl Propionyl and or Acetoin would be my guess fred. Hmmm - That would possibly put the likes of apple, blackcurrant.... on the 'unsafe' list, as potentially containing Acetion. Also, would cream & custard & the like not be prime candidates for these type of additives? What a minefield vaping is turning out to be. (At least I knew whatever brand or flavour of baccy or fags I had, they were rea lly bad for me )

Might be worth getting 28VapesLater invoked in the ccw questions ... They sell ccw and I believe have checked the "safety" question. As I stated earlier safe to vape has many meanings

From the first link, why are these considered not safe for vaping? I'm guessing Frogster (The Alchemist) is the main man for this - it's his info after all, but any help appreciated, as I've got their coconut They have an oil base, Alison from Cupcake World gave me the same list of flavours not considered safe to vape.

I'm hoping equipment, as I think it can be dealt with, but I'm guessing it's health as oils can contain diketones - hope I'm wrong though. Maybe I should just give the coconut to mrs. fred for cooking.

She didn't say but I would imagine it's more of an equipment risk to be honest BUT that's not to say they aren't a health risk either, which is why I don't stock those particular flavours. I do know that some of them aren't oil based but are Ethanol/alcohol based and not PG based

I shouldn't think it is a problem, I might even stock the ethanol based ones soon but want to do more research into those particular flavours as they were the ones CCW recommended to stay away from. I'll email them again to get more info on why they aren't recommended and let you know what they say.

Here is another one to worry about !
A student attempting to show how conditioned we have become to alarmists practicing junk science and spreading fear of everything in our environment conducted a survey…
In his project he urged people to sign a petition demanding strict control or total elimination of the chemical "dihydrogen monoxide."
And for plenty of good reasons, since:
1. it can cause excessive sweating and vomiting 2. it is a major component in acid rain 3. it can cause severe burns in its gaseous state 4. accidental inhalation can kill you 5. 100% of all people exposed to it will die 6. it contributes to erosion 7. it decreases effectiveness of automobile brakes 8. it has been found in tumors of terminal cancer patients 9. there are currently no legal requirements to have warnings displayed He asked 50 people if they supported a ban of the chemical.
• Forty-three (43) said yes, • six (6) were undecided, • and only one (1) knew that the chemical was in fact.... "water".

Just got a reply from Alison at CCW:
Hi Carrie
The flavours we recommend to not use for vaping contain either oil or ethanol, we are aware that some of our wholesale cusomers do still use them for vaping but we are not able to officially recommend them for vaping as we have no test results as yet that confirm that there are no adverse side effects from using them for vaping. We are being extra cautious as it is still avery new area of use, hope that helps
