I use my Asus Nexus 7 usb wall charger to charge up all of my batteries. Be it with the Xtar charger for the 18350 and 18650 batteries and my Joytech charger for mt Riva and Evod batteries.

My Kindle one works great Watch out though - dont get anything mr. fasttech robby suggests. He'll have you buying solar-wotzits, and flashing lights, and clack-return-springs and all sorts of weird and wonderful stuff. (He does have an eye for a bargain though)
