I agree I think you need a higher nic juice. I find 18mg a tad too high and 12mg too low so I mix my own now at 15mg and it's spot on. I would try 18mg if you are coming off Regal as they are full strength cigs.

Thanks all for all ur advice and all ur welcomes , me n my mam are mixing our own liquid , so i have now added more regal to up the nicotine level , an i'm bk on track again , and well done everyone for stopping smoking , think these e-cigs are best thing since sliced bread lol ????
