Hello i am new to this forum , i am dinamic 22 's daughter who joined yesterday, i am open to any suggestions or advice you may have regarding the e-cig. I stopped smoking nearly four weeks ago, using a v2 e-cig with a liquimax clearomiser, but have been struggling last couple ov days , i am using 12mg regal liquid,thanks Topcat X

For starters, you are most likely using a too low nicotine content e-liquid. How many cigarettes did you smoke a day?

I've been vaping for 7 weeks now, and have not tried any tobacco flavoured juice. I used to smoke rollies, and have been 100% smoke free for 41 days.

Maybe I could recommend a non-tobacco flavoured juice as a possible aid to your problem? 12 mg does sound a bit low though, having come off Regal.
Get a nice fruity juice, or Chocolate-Cream or something.

I've been vaping for 5 weeks and I have never used a tobacco juice.

I use 18mg nic juice and smoked 20 a day. Lower than that just didn't stop my cravings

Also using a variable voltage ecig helped a lot, had no cravings at all since using an ego twist and an ego vv2
