Hi vapers!

Hi there!

My name is Dan, and I've been vaping for 3 days!

Bought a kit and tester e-juices from Vape-escape, top notch service!!

I then placed an order with Callum at Health-e-vape on Thursday afternoon, but it hasn't turned up

Now face the prospect of buying a pack of fags just to see me through the weekend!!

Not a good start!!

Oh no not good. Is there a shop anywhere near you? Good job on making the switch, and joining the (arguably) best e-cig forum!

If you do have to buy smokes don't feel too bad, and put it down to a learning curve.

If you tell us where you live, someone may know somewhere where you can pick up juice, there are shops inside shops popping up everywhere at the moment.

Unfortunately, I've spent so much in the last four days on vaping, I have no spare money to buy more liquid.. between a rock and a hard place!!!!

I wouldn't mind so much if they would at least answer their emails, facebook messages, or answer the phone.. Feel like I've been taken for a mug!

shame your not near me i have lots of juices that would have seen you through but bedfordshire is too far from southampton.
good luck with health e vape i have not heard anything good or bad about them before, be aware that with juices some people make them once the order is placed as different nic etc is required by different people, so i always allow a few days for delivery on juices but as you say buying equipment etc from vapescape/ukecigcabin they are always very impresive with almost next day delivery on most items.
seems poor service not to have any contact at all though from health e vape maybe stick to the place were you know you get good service.

Just a question. How will you buy fags, but cant buy 10mls of liquid for £5 lol.

If you were close to me I could knock up some juice for ya, although it wouldnt be great I'm still working on the best formula lol.

I'd only heard good things about Callum at Health-e-vape which is why I placed the order.

ry4 gold sounded like just what I was after after reading threads on here and other forums and so thats what pulled me to his company..

Thing that gets me is that Callum was so helpful when I had a live chat with him on Thursday before I ordered, and so I put faith in him.. I had an email within an hour saying it had been dispatched and so I've been patiently waiting!!

Thats just it.. it's the lack of contact.. 

I've emailed both addresses on the website, tried ringing the mobile number which keeps going to answerphone after a couple of rings, tried the live chat multiple times... just so frustrating that I've had no replies!!!

For the past few months, I've been smoking the JPS make your own jobbies...

I still have some tobacco left, just need to buy the tubes which are £1...

If the product has been dispatched then its RM thats the hold up. Normally arrives next day most of the time. I cant say ive heard anything bad from health e vapes. Has the postman been today? Although it is strange to not be able to contact him. Let me know how you get on.
