Grizwald the issue's not about them being dead, the issue is that these just about work for around a day then pack up totally. In the year I've been vaping, aside from the bridgeless atties I had from GH1, these are the worse ones I've ever had.

Well, something's gone bananas/pear shaped along the line.. Back to the DSE901 regular ones- I recently got some from LF. I also have one left from the EM order before last that Perps organised. I cannot say that I experienced much difference between them which rather disappointed me. I just assumed/expected better quality from LF which is what got me thinking are they all from the same source but with different UK logos? Prof mentions the SLB mark (Sailbo is it?) which I imagine I can just about see on the Lflights ones but not on the Eastmall ones. I haven't got on well with the metal 'disk' inside either of these atomisers- they taste, well, metallic to me.

The problem we have, and will always have is the Asian business mentality, for some reason once an item becomes popular and the market gets slightly competitive, they drop the quality so that they can lower the price. There's no long term business strategy, no one seems to be able to see past the next few months.
I've had to revive a really well used GH1 LR901 as I've now got no decent working atties. I'm really hoping that Tim at GH1 has taken on board some of the comments with regard to quality that I've being trying to preach to him. I know we all like a bargain, but when it comes down to something that you rely on daily I think we all would prefer to pay a few pennies more for something that we can rely on.
Personally I would like to think that if I buy 20 atties I should be able to get a minimum of a weeks' use out of each one? I would hope for two or three weeks but would count that as a bonus. I'm just hoping in all hope that we can convince at least one of the Chinese manufacturers.
I've been on the brunt end of this practice, I had a fantastic business years back when the gym 'baggies' first started to get popular. I'd just started selling gym wear. I initially started selling scull printed 'baggies' that I bought from Santa Monica, the import duties were horrendous, but they sold like rocking horse shite through tattoo magazines and my business was formed. I found a manufacturer in Leicestershire and started buying bulk from them, I'd go to the factory, collect and pay, get them home and spend all night checking them over, then take them to a wholesaler next day. It worked amazingly for a few months then suddenly the fabric started to get tacky. I started getting loads of returns because they were shrinking and then the markets started selling them cheaper than I was buying them from the manufacturer for - business!
Stupid thing is that if my manufacturer had have stuck to the same quality and standards I could have carried on supplying his goods at the same rate because we had a cornered market.
