Yep, nothing to stop me. I don't do it in the middle of the high street on a Saturday arvo just to save the inevitable complaints from the misinformed, but when driving around I'll have a vape.

Any 'work' vehicle gets classified as a 'place of work', so essentially it's illegal to smoke in it even if you are a self employed tradesman and its YOURS.

It's a crazy law, but a law none the less. I've been itching to get stopped, but just get the friendly 'nod of knowing' from all the boys in blue who I have passed.

Just cos I do it doesn't make it right! Haha! Glad you had a positive interaction with them, you'd be surprised some of the looks I get from colleagues when I crack out the VAMO mid conversation!!

I work in a gps and vape between patients and at lunch. If a fellow vaper comes in I may have a few puffs with them but never with anyone else.
