Ego c twist not working

Hey all, as the title... twist has stopped working tonight, I was taking the evod off to try on my vamo with a new connector I got a while back (and it works great btw) put the evod back on the twist and my girlfriend went to use it and ... nothing. She was using it literally 30 seconds before I took it.

It lights up when u click the button but it isn't making a connection to the evod to produce any vapour, so I tried different tanks - iclear, nova etc and nothing, tried putting it on charge and the usb lights up green where as before it would flash orange for charging.
Also tried lifting the centre pin but no puck there...

It's 2 weeks old had very light use as my partner has been using it - she quit cigs years ago! Wanted to use it to lose weight as it stops her snacking! So I only used it twice and it's never been knocked over or juice leakages on the battery.

Any ideas? (Sorry for the longish post but I got there in the end)

It sounds very much like the centre pin to me - maybe try easing it up another fraction? (Be careful not to ease it out too far though)

I've tried again (as far as I dare) and still nothing oneday

I've just sent an email to LT where I bought it from, hopefully they'll be in touch in the morning.

Maybe give the contacts a clean arrow with either vodka or alcohol wipes. See if that helps.

Tried it mate, Sharon from LT had already replied and is sending me a new one out and told me to bin it, good service - happy days!

Is this the second twist from LT that has gone wrong? I know it's not their fault but I'm sure they will be onto their supplier quickly.

It was mine that went wrong after 3 days.

got a replacement today.

Can't fault LT's customer service at all, even refunded my postage sending the faulty one back.

Weirdly tho it was after putting an evod on a connector on my lavatube!

Put it back in the twist and it wouldn't work, or any other evods or clearos!

Actually using the new one now while the others are charging.

Was very careful not to screw the evod on too tightly and will keep this to evods only now I think.

Yeh seems very weird! I wonder if its happened with others too or if it was just a faulty batch.

This new one was from a new delivery apparently so I'm hoping it'll be ok

Perhaps it's the evod suppliers you should be chasing for these!

2 twists, in 2 days, and LT saying they are a new batch, tells me it's the twists and a dodgy batch. Good to see LT's top notch customer service
