You could whilst waiting for delivery, use the "gas hob" on your cooker.

Lots of members including me use this very successfully. TRY IT!!

I gotta say I've had 2 and both were crap, the on/off valve failed on both.

That's all I do - takes about 30 seconds - just need to burn off any contaminants - don't get
too hooked up on oxidising - too much BS on the subject out there.

A ciggy lighter, I never use anything else, and it stops you turning your mesh to dust by over heating it

Those pencil ones are unreliable..You could end up with a good piece, but a lot of them fail..

I got one of these and it's ok.

I think there are quite a few places that does that and it's got auto ignition.
