newbie in London

Hi everyone

I am a newbie, altho i havent started my E-cig yet, I intend to tomorrow.  I have the E- lites one, so hoping its a good make.

Would appreicate any help or advice.

Treat the Elite as a "test" to see if you like vaping, to be honest there are much better e-cigs out there that perform much better and are much cheaper to run. If you like it come back here and we'll get you sorted out with much better kit.

PS Hopefully you've not gone for the "Free" e-cig offer as it is definitely not free!

As Des says, there are far better & far cheaper e-cigs than e-lites. How many cigs do you smoke a day out of interest?

about 2 years ago, I tried the tablets, champix which did work, I stopped smoking in about 4 days with them, but then the nightmares came, and after a week I went back to cigs. but I cut right down, from smoking around 20 a day to about 6. so I dont smoke that much during the week, at weekends I tend to smoke more if Im out and about. but I stopped smoking in the house which helped reduce the amount of cigs I smoked.

I want to learn to drive, so this is def a motivation for me, as I cant afford to smoke and drive, also being a wedding planner, its not nice, altho I never smoke when working.

I'm quite a newbie myself, but if I'm not mistaken the Elites are a cartridge type, I tried them but did not think they were anything like a real cig. Then I found e juice and WOW I would not thank you for a stinkie now, and I have been a heavy smoker for over forty years!!
Please do not be put off if the Elites don't do it for you, get some advice on here about what to try and you will find it really does work. Good Luck.

Well done on giving up the ciggies. Not used the e lites myself as i went straight into an ego kit.

As it has been said dont worry if they dont work as there are a lot better e cigs out there.
