The EASIEST way to make a wesh wick & coil

I watched this last night and it really does make it look easy, no oxidising!

Only takes 5 minutes to do.

Watch this from 25 minutes, I even get a mention at the end

I just wrap it on the wick before inserting the wick in the deck - so even simpler and
no need to find a good coil former first.
I think the big problems people have is they don't get the coils glowing evenly before they
start adding juice - you cant see the problems so easily if the wicks wet - it can then
need lots of fiddling during use - get nice coils going when its dry first, then they work fine for
days/weeks before needing recoiling.

Ooh glad to have caught this. I've got a vapemail incoming with an Aga T, wire and mesh ready to have my first pop at a mesh wick, and the easier the process the better! Saves buying a bunsen too I guess.

I wonder if this works with steel? There's a metre of that in the post too.

Did anyone try this and have it work? I had a go but it was a total disaster and as Mark suggested, went back to recoiling the mesh off the deck first. I'm all for the less faff the better, so I'd be interested to know if it does really work and if it maintains a hot spot free vape over time.

Thanks Des, maybe I just need a bit more patience then!! I think I gave up after my 4th go! I will try again - an RSST just arrived so I'll give it a go on that rather than the AGA.

It definitely helped to improve matters on the fake DID from Vaporbreak.
Not enough to make it reliable though, but enough to give me some hope I might eventually be able to get more than half-a-dozen draws from it before the hotspots plunge it off the resistance scale and the Vamo gives up on it.
In short, it would work much better on something with a bit more room to work on it and with less crappy layout.

I gave up on SS a couple of months back and gave this a try yesterday, works a treat
