I posted this thread below.So after 3 years i contacted the CEO and surprise surprise the regional manager who refused to visit me to listen to the problems first hand has been told to do just that,he ignored my pictures and my complaints but as soon as i told the CEO of the fire safety due to the large holes he agreed to visit.He is bringing with him for free the sound report that they would not give me unless i paid for it and either a technical director or production director.Fingers crossed please as i am sick of hearing the people above using the loo,showering,having sex,walking,talking,washing up,preparing food,sockets and switches being used,bedroom drawers being used and believe it or not ironing,it's that bad.Does anyone know the role of a tech/production director so i know who i am facing.

My guess would be they are kind of desk-based high-level architect type people, who don't often get their hands dirty, but hopefully someone will be able to give you a bit more info.

Thanks,i read this and have saved it to show them when they visit,there is no insulation at all in any void or cavity,when they shower it's like being in an old caravan when it's raining.
