Cheapest 18650 charger?

Does beg the question is it really is SS. Apparently the manufacture told FT they were SS but then why pics of the chrome. This is from a nation who call brass... copper.
I am waiting until a buyer confirms what they have received. There also seems to be two factories producing the vamo. I believe you can tell the difference in the display bezel. One is clear and one is tinted. You can see this by looking around the edges. Other differences are slight difference in length by a millimeter, and corners are more rounded on one. I do not now which one is better. Also some come CE and Rhos marked..CE as in 'China Export'. So confusing!

i think it might go for the vamo from vapourbreak and get the batteries and charger from fasttech as from what i can tell the vaporbreak one is the ss one and the fasttech might not be

Can you confirm that this Vamo is indeed Stainless Steel?
It looks to be the chrome version, and there is also a discussion on the item page - whether it is chrome or Stainless Steel.
If it is Stainless, could you possibly change the photos of the item to reflect it correctly and avoid confusion; or at least confirm in the discussion that it is Stainless, not chrome-plated brass.
