I'm going to order a vamo from vapourbreak, and some torchy 18650's from ebay but i need to know where to get a charger from.
i'm not bothered about how quickly it charges, as i'll only be using the vamo at home and i'm assuming a single bay would be cheaper
thanks in advance

I guess you're not worried about delivery times from China, so: This Nitcore I2 from fasttech is £9.23 inc p+p. I've been led to believe it's a good one, so I've got a 4-bay slowly paddling its way across the ocean towards me. Fasttech now do the Vamo as well (£18.26) - might be cheaper, as no P+P?

I have an Xtar MP15, single bay, comes with 4 spacers to charge 18350s and it's has done sterling work so far, runs off an iPhone wall charger plug and copes with my 18650s well - and it's less than a tenner from Vape Escape! Andy

I would go for the panasonic CGR18650CG from Fasttech as the best value for money and will be perfect for the vamo. They are 2250 mAh. You could go for the higher capacity ones but in most ecig mod applications you only gain 100 to 150mAh so not so good value. In some earlier lavatubes which cut off at 2.8 volts the higher capacity are worth considering but again for value you are better buying 2 sets of the 2250mAh. www.fasttech.com/products/1143700 . There is also a CGR18650CH 2250mAh whicj is slightly more expensive and seems to be the one people prefer, know idea why but seems they are drawn by the fact it can supply 10 Amps..you do not need 10 amps so stick to the one I suggest which will give you plenty more current than you need and is safer should it ever get short circuited by accident. A 2 bay nitecore charger is probably a cheaper option than the 4 bay.

The CGR18650CH has a 10 amp discharge rating. Vapers don't need it, its just they have a very good following, they are a quality battery. Panasonic won't be producing any more CGR18650Ch IMR batteries though. Source.

I might as well get the panasonics from fasttech at that price. Might be a stupid question but why does thei vamo have an s on the end?
And are the trustfire charger any good? Or should i stick with the nitecores? Will they work with different power cables? As they only come with us or eu plugs

As they only come with us or eu plugs Lots of vapers use the TR-001 without issues . . . but there have been instances of them malfunctioning. Stick with the Nitecore, it's not worth taking a chance for the sake of a few pounds really Danny. You can either change the plug or pick up a travel adapter if you don't already have one.
