Recommend a Laptop

Looking to buy my OH a Laptop after my hols, looking to spend around £300.00 for it (I know this ain't gonna get anything special) , she will only be using it for Facebook - Online Shopping - And maybe a bit of You Tube....oh and as big of screen as possible.

I know a fair bit about desktop p.c's but laptops throw me off, never had one for myself.

Any recommendations with a link so i can bookmark it for after the hols to do list.

Thanks for the link OliverB but i am looking for a link directly to a specific laptop so i don't have too google all day on reviews etc etc, and must be brand new, i have a nervous twitch for second hand goods

get a toshiba sattelite pro for about that price, always been reliable laptops and quite good for the price range.

I've got a satellite pro - it's been great for the last 5 years or so - just getting a problem with the keyboard recently.
5 years though - can't complain at that.

it's where I bought my latest lappy almost exactly 12 months ago, excellent company.
