My first e-cig was from LF. Can't comment about customer service tho', however, I do find them a bit on the expensive side.

I've never had a problem with Liberty Flights' customer service and the couple of replacements I've requested over the past 18 months have been supplied quickly and without argument. I'm also rather partial to the 15% discount on offer.

TBH i would rather just leave it down to experience as im one who would rather just leave it thean give the company more grieve as they must have alot to deal with in a day.

Ok back on the juice it seems to be only that Juice so i shall re-email them and let them know as ive just done 2 more and they are on 4.9-5ml

LF expensive nah not at all Hissie.I would call TW expensive and say LF are very reasonable actually, with the discount code and store credits for writing reviews of your purchased products.
The poll on UKV was indeed fair and of course it was representative of vapers,who do you think buys from them ???
LF and Vapourworld are my two main UK suppliers as they are fair on price and delivery,customer service and speed of delivery is second to none.

Roachie made a simple error.

I second contacting the supplier. In my experience, I find the bigger sellers can be hardwork. I had a battery issue & it took quite a few back & forth emails to get the supplier to agree to replace it.
