Thanks peeps. I'm not to bothered about reducing nic strengt. This is purely an emergency measure as I have *gasp* ran out of ready made juice.

I will buy some distilled water and will add a bit at a time. Sorry to sound useless, but I'm not a seasoned mixer

I bought one from Fastech, but I think it was a clone. I've not used it all that much, but it seems to have given up the ghost.

I'm currently using the 5ml genuine nautilus tank and can totally tell the difference.

I will have another look though

He still has a Facebook account as I am a member of it.

I'm surprised you have struggled to contact him, he was always on the ball when it comes to communication with buyers. He can never do enough for his customers from my experience.

I still buy juice from him and although a lot more expensive, he sells the best pre-mixed juice ever
