for me the 1st week was hell but i was a heavy smoker 40-50 roll ups a day
with vaping and willpower ive now gone 81 days without a fag
no longer crave tobacco

I have just done my first 24 hours analogue free I have been using a 510 same as you for nearly a week and I have still been unfortunately succumbing to the temptation of the cigs as my OH hasn't got a decent e-cig yet and is still smoking when his battery dies.

Once we get him a spare battery though and we have no tobacco left I know I won't look back!!!

hi collie, i stopped when i rang out of my cigs couldnt do it if i knew my real ones were there, hope you get the battery sit sorted soon!! Iv seen the pet section Chrissie, gorgeous pics, and yes i have 4 cats and 8 fish lol will try and get some pics up. I did wonder if i'd said something wrong lol naughty delboy!!

Rule 1 ~ keep a spare battery charged and a spare atty in reserve then you aren't likely to want a cancer stick.

Rule 2 ~ count the analogues you DON'T smoke rather than those you do

No, LOL, I didn't want to hijack the post (I'm a long term member of A.A.), so deleted it. Anyway, I don't deserve any credit for not drinking, in the same way you don't deserve any credit for not murdering people!

Stopping smoking is a completely different beast to stopping drinking though. Stopping drinking takes a 12 Step program (weird though it may look, it works), but stopping smoking is like a 5873 Step program.

Thank goodness for vapes!
