boges dying quicker than normal?

im using LR boges cartos from health cabin, they are around 8 mths to a year old.
just of late they have been getting tight and generally wimpish really quickly, sometimes after 24hrs and there rarely lasting 3 days.
from the same 2 batches they used to last 5 to 10 days regular as clockwork.
i recently bought some juice, hangsen dk tab 100% pg juice from zainy and to be honest im not mad about it.
so i bought some cocomel and some banoffe cream just too take the edge off the dk tab.
i use 10 drips of either of these to a 10ml needle bottle with the dk tab and let it mix for a day before using it via a kir fanis trap tank and now over the past 24 hrs a arry tank, i had been thinking that it was an air, vacuum or wicking issue so switched tanks.
so, could either the banoffee or the cocomel mix be causing clogging and killing the cartos because its mixed with a juice its not mixing with and its burning.
do the cartos have a use by date (doubt it).
ive been loosening the screw on the trap tank and doing a turn on the cap of the arry to make sure its not getting dry.
anyone have any idea why this might be happening.
this has been over around 12 cartos.
im using the provari @ 3.8
i realise lots of people only use these for 2 days or so but ive never had too up till now.

might just be the batches....I've had a few Boges recently that have been a bit as you described, but I use them not in tanks (i.e. normal cartos).. but at a quid a pop it's bearable as long as the issue doesn't last too long

i really dont think it is the batches as id bought 2 batches of 50 per batch, six months apart, i moved on too the second batch after around 20 from the first so i could test them.
you would get the odd one was a bit weak but this would be one in ten at worst, now it is the reverse of that.
this of course could still be the reason, just seem unlikely.
i only use them with tanks but i might just try one without the tank and see what happens.

I'd say its the juice clogging them up, maybe try a different juice.

im also thinking that but many here use cocomel by grizwald and ive never heard of an issue, also im only using 10 drips per 10 ml.
also the base juice (dk tab) is 100% PG so this doesent normally clog like VG.
but does mixing certain juices cause issues?.
im using a carto without a tank right now too see how that goes with the same mix.

I bought a load of them from HC about a year or even longer ago, some were great others were completely shyte, put me off them for good

there was a not so good batch but i wasnt on that group buy as i already had loads.
but it just seems too be everyone i use now and im trying them from 2 batches that were months apart and 99% good up till i started adding a flavour too them.
