Hi, It's me again Earlier I was asking questions about the e-cig Mike has and we established that it was a DSE901. I have just found the instruction booklet and on the back it does say it's a 901. What has puzzled me is it says that the battery is 3.7V!! That can't be right, can it??

*head spins* But I thought the battery on my 510 was less than that? Electronics were never my strong point as you may have guessed, the best I ever did in electronics class was make solder balls and make light bulbs go bang!

Yes, 3.7V will be right.
The smaller the battery, the lower the mAh, but it can still be 3.7V.

So is it the mAh bit that matters then?

Yes that tell much battery life you will get the most commonly used are
900mah which is an all day vape for moderate users
standerd batterys are 180mah which isnt too good for heavy vapers as it means they need charging alot.

Correct Coll - the more mahs the better. It could still be the same voltage but it will last longer the more nahs it has. for example, the batts on my xp900 are 900mahs and last a day and a half.........ya ha haaaa

Ok so when looking at a 510 fitting battery i'm looking for a high mAh.
Any recommendations for a good 510 battery?

My mistake sorry let me correct myself.
180mah is what most first timers will get from cheap kits
650mah is the most commonly used as its good for moderate vapers and wont need much charging
900mah is ideal for heavy vapers as im a heavy vaper and i can get a good 11hours out of thiese non stop

To be honest collie i think your best of looking at a 650-900mah as it sounds like your OH is quiet a heavy vaper.

If you want to keep the slim look Collie, you will be looking at a Mega 510 type 280mAh battery.
Otherwise move up to a 650mAh ego/riva battery or higher.

To be honest collie i think your best of looking at a 650-900mah as it sounds like your OH is quiet a heavy vaper. But, the 510 batteries would not be compatible with your other halfs 901 atomisers/cartridges.
