I have noticed recently, that most new members are no longer confirming their location. ???
It would be of help if we knew if they were UK or overseas members.
This information would allow us to give them the best advice, and if local to our members, possibly arrange a
meet to give them practical guidance on their journey in vaping.
Other members comments most welcome to this post.
Just trying to `help` others, as members are still helping me.

I would make a suggestion to have it mandatory to have your location public, not as if we're going to come and mug you.
It's one of the first things I do when I read a post.
Just my 2 peneth worth.

I agree with you jeff. Problem is some people are suspicious of the Internet so won't reveal anything, though to be fair just putting your town or even county shouldn't be a problem. I guess it's their perogitive. At the end of the day it is them that is losing out.

I kinda agree but with the regular meets threads giving the location, the person can choose to divulge location if interested in attending. I do however whole heartily agree by showing your location you can be more involved. The forum has it right in trading or selling aspect that the location is made public.

If it's just a general area like Cheshire, Manchester, Birmingham etc then I can't see that being an issue. It's not like we're asking them to divulge their full address and postcode lol

I also wish that more members would add at least a rough location in their profiles. However, I can not make it mandatory.
