Don't be too hard on yourself! I had tried to smoke a ciggie 3 times last year, I wasn't able to finish either of them, 3 puffs and that was it, binned it!
Can't even stand the smell of cigarette smoke now.Having said that, I've had a few complains about the smell of the vapour.I do respect people around me, I do try not to offend anyone.

I have spent far too much money on bits of Vape gear to give up on it and go back to the stinkies. I am in for the long haul and am loving it so far.

I've had the odd moments temptation in the time I've been vaping Sweet Pea, but nothing so overwhelming I've succumbed. Though it took me 2+years before I gave away my spare ' emergency ' pack of cigarettes, I had to know they where there. Now the smell alone puts me off.

But, if I felt the need that much to have a cigarette, I would and not feel any guilt either and neither should anyone else if they do.

Habits of a lifetime for many us don't change overnight and I always say if you make anything ' forbidden fruit ' then it's putting more undue pressure on yourself.

Not one, have had sticky moments during my almost 1 year. At those times I logged on to this forum...that did the trick. However we are all different and get there in our own way

I first vaped a few years ago. I ended up back on the stinkies. This time it's been a lot easier, I don't want to smoke, I hate the smell and I am happy with the stuff I have.

Strangely though, last night my asthma really played up (new perfume set me off and even washing it off didn't help) and even though I was still vapeing I wanted to smoke instead. I had a little chat with myself that smoking isn't good for an asthmatic and vapeing will be better and just vaped and asthma inhalered my way through the evening. Feel much better today thankfully.

I tried a ciggie about 3 weeks into vaping and nearly threw up; it was odd after over 20 years of smoking.

No, not me, onlywanted one on about 3 occasions and nearly caved once, but the devil will have to try harder, I fear if I have one then that will be me back on them.
