what does this mean they are trying to ban different flavours? Yes, no Custard, Menthol, Tobacco along with loads of other stuff. Basically at this moment it looks like e-cigs as we know them will be banned. There's a vote in July.

what does this mean they are trying to ban different flavours? It means that some uneducated, over paid officials are trying to make vaping as ineffective as patches, gum etc, we either quit or die, it doesn't matter that its much safer than smoking, it doesn't matter that ASH and many other professionals believe vaping is the healthy option, it's all about big Pharma and Tobacco losing our cash in one form or another. We are having our freedom of choice taken away from us by the so called decision makers, it's as stupid as the not so long ago Olive oil saga, the, at the moment, trying to make Hoovers have less suction and straight carrots and cucumbers rules.

How can they possibly enforce such stupidity, where there's a will there's a way!! And I stand by what I have always said, if they never labelled them as e cigarette's and made them look like fags we would not be having these problems and ironic as most of us would not touch a cigalike.

i blame the likes of skycig, e-lites etc for promoting them in the way they did and labelling them as a cigarette albeit an electronic one

From memory ..... please don't take this as gospel
Largely went over old ground just discussing some of the printed amendments 2 or 3 speakers stuck out for me
Gorgeous Glynis Willmott - "Whatever anybody says I will not be convinced" - sticking to the medicinal route
Chairman of ENVI committee Groote - very supportive of e-cigs cannot recall the words but all good
Martina Anderson -Sinn Fein not too much about e-cigs but raging about tobacco ciggies
Nothing like a full account but maybe better than nothing
Just remembered ... missed the very start apparently Linda McAvan stated that the council of ministers were looking like they favoured the medicinal route for e-cigs
