I think most folks who start on cig a likes are blown away when they get their first decent kit, i use ego 1100mah batteries and they last me all day, sometimes longer and i'm a heavy vaper. The good thing is there's many different clearos around that will go straight on the ego. Kanger Evods, iclear 16 and iclear 30 clearos are brilliant and you can replace the heads. Anyway, have lots of fun with your first kit, and don't forget, you need back ups and back ups for your back ups, lol.

Well... I came home from work early, and all my orders arrived! Big Kudos to the alchemist's cupboard, Paradise Vape and Vaping Vision for getting the stuff to me so quickly. I have the batteries on charge, and am currently working out which of the mixes to start with first... I am like a kid at christmas today and I haven't even tried the kit yet!

fizzabelly they come with a factory charge so you can use them straight away, leave one on charge and use the other one.

well.. so far so good!

After a bit of a false start, I have been happily vaping on my gingerbread from The Alchemists Kitchen for the last hour or so!

The only difficulty I had was with the actual act of vaping itself.. It's quite different from the action for both analogue cigarettes and automatics.. The idea of letting the battery do most of the work for you was a bit difficult to get over initially, but I think I am getting there slowly..

The most difficult bit I think for me now is going to be working out which of the juices I ordered to try next I think! Damn those sampler sets!

On another note - How do you store your juices? I have been reading the Steeping advice on the Alchemist's website - I don't have pets or children, so can I keep them in a box on a shelf with the lids off? Do you give them all a good shake every so often? What about shelf life?! I don't really think that last one will be too much of a problem though...

I think it kinda takes a while to learn what way is best for you to vape.
I store mine in handbag. (I am nic free so don't have to worry about children or pets)
Don't know about shelf life I would never have one long enough to worry about that

I steep my juice with the lids on, there's no hard and fast rules.

Juices should last 2 years in a cool dark place. I keep mine in an insulated lunch bag, on the very odd occasion it gets really hot, I pop an ice pack on the top of it

I leave mine, lids off on a sunny windowsill to steep.

I have a craze for ginger right now and have almost vaped my way through a sampler bottle of ginger snaps from the Alchemist's Cupboard after it only steeping for a couple of days. It is as long as I could resist. Will have to order some more to see what it is like after more steeping time.

On another note - How do you store your juices?

I store mine in a small cool bag too.

Yeah you are going to have so much fun...make sure things aren't sent recorded unless you want lots of trips to the delivery office and become best buddies with postie...

Us vapers keep postie in a job. I'm sure of it
