Oh Sugar I just went and brought that teeth whitening set, I will be guinea pig If all my teeth fall out in the process will save on dentist  plus no more tea stains |

Eek, I'd stay away from over the counter teeth whitening kits, I've heard some horror stories! The best thing I ever did was to go to my dentist and get the professional teeth whitening kit which involves taking a mould of your teeth. They then make you a custom 'tray' that fits over your teeth. You put little dabs of bleach solution on it and wear it overnight. Took about two weeks for my teeth to come up really well. This was pre-wedding, otherwise I'd never have spent £200 quite so readily!  |
