Nicotine doesn't permanently stain, also, nicotine stains from smoking are actually tar stains. If you're getting anything then it's going to be from colouring in the flavouring, try vaping menthol or peppermint for a couple of weeks. Most vapers report a distinct improvement in their dental appearance (and paintwork) and I do too.

Well I get covered in the stuff too when I'm mixing, I also spill occasional amounts on clothing and furniture and it never permamently stains. I suppose a particularly dirty base could stain if it has tobacco impurities in it but that's not nicotine. Think nicotine patches etc..

Are you drinking more tea or coffee since vaping Denis than you were before as they'll also cause staining on your teeth. My teeth do still get stained, although nowhere near as badly as when I smoked, but I'm drinking gallons of decaff now so put it down to that. I have my teeth polished every 3 months on a check up, as I've dodgy gnashers anyway thanks to all those years of heavy smoking. I think some of us are just prone to more staining unfortunately.

A really good clean by a Dental Hygienist would be my first recommendation. An electric toothbrush my second!
If you buy whitening toothpaste do not use it more than once a day as it can be a bit abrasive on your tooth enamel!

Now you mention it maybe i do drink more tea, as i only started to get more staining since vaping i presumed it was that @perppetua, as you have said before it seems to make me dryer than before. Mine are the same due to smoking as well.

I certainly drink a heck of a lot more coffee than I did when smoking as I also find it quite drying, so I wouldn't mind betting that the tannin in tea is responsible for your staining also. teatropolitan.wordpress.com/2009/06/01/when-tea-stains-you-teeth/If you could stand it as an experiment, switching to another beverage for a time to see if it makes a difference would be interesting. I like my coffee too much so have resigned myself to having regular cleans in addition to the other dental maintenance.

I would recommend Oral B Pro Expert whitening toothpaste. I started using it on the recommendation of my dentist, my teeth are no longer sensitive and a lot whiter than they have ever been before, and yes I drink a lot of coffee

I used to have a little bit of extra staining after I switched to vaping.
Started using a new toothpaste from boots (Some clear white for smokers) and it did work pretty good.

Go get a scale and polish too, my teeth always feel great after one and it's easier to keep on top of staining if you start from a clean base
