Ah ok I have used that link and sent them the pastes of the email correspondance between myself and skycigs Their most reent was to ask me to return the cartridges for them to inspect. I have told them they may have lost a good customer who spends around £80 a month on refills.. Their loss Tease-smiley

Well it seems that 9 months of skycigs purchasing has led them to believe I'm a complete idiot. As many of you know I complained last week about their prefilled carto's being dry and was given the run around.. I have this morning recieved an email with the following link to but their "freedom" kit for £19.99 instead of £49.99  |

 Hi Susie, when I started on Nicolites  , I had the same problem with dry cartos. I found that if you unscrew the carto and turn it upside down, so you're looking at the pin end that screws onto the battery. Take a cocktail stick and push it gently to the side, then reattatch it to the battery. This worked for me on more than one occasion. Give it a try and see what happens.
