yeah it's the i4, i was thinking it might be the plug which i bought seperately from ebay.
Is the rsst supposed to be alot harsher than an evod or protank?
I'm vaping 12mg, it's not a problem with anything else. Vamo says the rsst is 1.6

It shouldn't be harsher, but it depends how you are using it and the juice. How have you got it set up and with what materials? What voltage are you using?

I only ask as I don't know I find the throat hit from the RSST considerably harsher than from a nova or a carto, so it may just be the element of surprise Also, going back to someone's point about the airhole. You do have to work a lot harder to get a decent vape out of it. I am currently trying to convince someone in maintenance to drill mine 0.5mm bigger to get some more air on the mofo. I imagine once that is done, I will be a lot happier with it. Also, have you still got the bung over the fill hole? As I found this caused flooding issues and absolutely mullered any chance of a decent vape out of it.

it's set up with mesh and ribbon. i'll take the bung out and see if it helps. I've tried it on various voltages and wattages.
It is my first gennie. On another note, i have just tried wicking an Aga-T2 with ekowool using the U-wick method and it's fine for 2 hits and then is completely dry, doesn't seem to be wicking.

Took the bung out and it is a bit better. But it doesn't fill my mouth with vapour like other devices do it's sort of like a thin stream that hits the back of the throat of that makes sense?

I agree on the RSST and it's strength ... I find AGA's have a much smoother throat hit whilst the RSST is a bit of a beast ... I love it. It's a man's atty

It does indeed make sense, as I have much the same issue. The air hole is only 1mm, and there for you don't get the plumes you would otherwise. I am definitely still looking to get mine bigger (ooh err) as I think it will change it completely. (At this point I must admit I have stolen the enlarging idea from P Busardo, who suggests that very thing in his review of the RSST )

I'd say it's the difference between vaping on a mesh atty, as opposed to a silica one...providing the RSST is being used with mesh, that is...

I was wondering if it could be because it's mesh, as i've never vaped that before. If i wanted to increase the airhole, what would be the easiest way?
