Are you ticking the little box "keep me logged in" Staying in was not the problem, it was logging in, everytime i clicked log in it timed out as i could not get in, once i finally got in all was fine. The log in tick box like all other sites does not work for me as i have Firefox setup to delete all cache and cookies upon shut down. |

Ah, sorry Super-Shiny. I know that Proboards pushed a whole new lot of updates over the last couple of days to sort out glitches like this. So is it any better for you now? |

Ah, sorry Super-Shiny. I know that Proboards pushed a whole new lot of updates over the last couple of days to sort out glitches like this. So is it any better for you now? Yep it's fine now, mainly problems start at night but as you said they do their updates at night for us, it was quite a common issue as the first thing i done was go to Proboards forum and see others with the same problem. All hands are tied as there is nothing anyone can do, not even the might you  |

I have the same thing as you rom, just taken ages to log in, multiple time-outs and the whole forum is slow. i use chrome and yes all history, cache and temp files deleted, this has been quite poor now for a good few days |

Hi Chrissie.
Sorry to say, that I am having to log on every time I visit the site. No longer able to stay logged in when I shut down PC, as I could before.
This started about 6 days ago.
It`s not a major problem, just a little annoying.

PS. It`s also "veryyyyyyyy" "slooooowwwww", changing from one page to another.

My little problem, about an hour ago, was the opposite... it wouldn't let me log out. I thought, that's it, they've got me trapped in here for life now (not a bad idea I must admit). So I've been for a little walk, just come back with a bottle of whisky (don't know where that came from ???) and all is OK now, have logged out and logged back in again (why did I do that?). |

Nothing to apologise for jeffc, in fact I doubt it was you that un ticked the box - more likely yet another Proboards glitch  the new proboards V5 is brilliant, but even I'm getting peeved off with all the glitches & looking on PB support, so are many other forum admins |

Its taken most of the night to log in on neighbours laptop. not sure whether its the weather or whether its the signal strength, whether its this laptop as Norton nearly stops everything or whether its proboards. Its so frustrating not having access to weather channel or whether my own bt network will be sorted by Thursday. Whether the sun is shining tomorrow, I hope proboards are not making heavy weather of logging in. This is my whether weather broadcast.   |
