Vamo Split Mod.

I have seen a post in the past that had a Vamo split in two with a plate on the top and bottom so it looks like a sort of gripper.

Anyone know what i am talking about and have any links as to where i could buy one of these kits?

correct me if im wrong but you don't just split the vamo you actually cut the top section shorter then solder wires on as i was looking at this mod i theirs a long thread on hear about it

I have a rough idea how to do it mate. As the Vamo bottom half is pressed in i would have to seperate the top and bottom half's then cut off the sleeve on the top half. I am not sure if the kit linked above already comes pre-soldered and all you have to do is put it all together.

Will need to solder one wire to your vamo.
The rest is putting the thing together - that's going by the instructions.
