I just left it unopened for a week ....I think a. Lot of the vendors mix the liquids as ordered so leaving them for a little while to infuse makes them taste better ...more bananay in this case ...some of the other more experienced members will come along and correct me if I'm wrong

Thanks, I will go and take the lid off, as I loved the banana flavour so don't want to lose it

 god you are so right, since quitting smoking my head is mashed totally

put lid on (done up) & leave it in cupboard (dark is best) for a week or even 2

It's not the heat, I'm only just nicely warm, it's something to do with quitting the ciggies, honestly I don't know what I'm doing or saying half the time.

Lol.....you'll get used to it all those chemicals that once played havoc with the chemical pathways will clear and all will be well again ........me ill never be able to cope with the heat
