Hello and Good Morning All,

Just an introductory post to explain who we are.

Joose Juice is new to AAEC and we are extremely pleased to have been granted Vendor status on the forum

Joose Juice is run and owned by experienced vapers and we're passionate about vaping. We're an online only business, based in Greenock, Inverclyde, Scotland. The idea for Joose Juice was first raised in November 2012 and we began trading in March 2013.

Our personal vaping preferences tend towards the DIY side of things so it seemed natural our business should also focus on that area: specifically unflavoured e-liquids and flavours.

We will post offers and updates on this thread and we hope they may be of interest.

A note on our returns policy.

Should a customer need to return anything bought from us, providing the purchase is returned within 14 days of receipts, our returns policy is as follows:


1) Once we receive the returned purchase(s) immediate refund of all monies paid to us by the customer for the returned item(s). Including the postage we initially charged the customer.

2) We will also refund the postage costs incurred by the customer in returning the item(s) to us.

We're frequently asked why we refund all postage costs when an item is returned to us. The answer's simple. We believe the customer should never have to bear the cost of returning anything to us.

In addition, if an item sent to a customer is damaged in the post, we will make a full refund, including postage we charged the customer, or send a replacement. Whichever the customer prefers.

Don't know if anyone has seen it but there's an online e-cig petition at epetitions.direct.gov.uk/petitions/38667

I'm told there are 1.3 million vapers in the UK. If only 15% - 20% of UK vapers signed the petition it would show the government our depth of feeling on the issue.

For all our sakes, please sign the petition.

Just in case you miss it on the Competition Thread, we're delighted to be running our first competition on AAEC. The prize is a VAMO kit, details below.

The competition will run from Friday 14 June, 2013 to 8PM Thursday 20 June, 2013 and is exclusive to AAEC forum members only. The winner will be announced on this thread shortly after 8PM on Thursday 20 June, 2013

There is no minimum spend requirement
None of our products are excluded from the competition
The winner will be drawn at random.

There are two 'rules'
1. Each entrant must be 18 or over
2. The competition is limited to AAEC members.

Afternoon Folks,

We have just put eight, flavoured, e-liquids up on the site. Our flavoured e-liquids all come in 30ml bottles in a range of strengths and PG/VG ratios.

E-liquid flavours currently available are Apple, Banana, Blackberry, Chocolate, Coconut, Pineapple, Toffee, Vanilla.

We'll be adding more flavours in the next couple of weeks.

How do you enter? On the the competition thread we've posted a photograph, all you have to do is come up with a caption for it. That's it. The competition is completely free and we're literally giving the VAMO Kit away.
