I brought a bottle of VG a while back from Boots and diluted 10%  with Vodka and one day throat was particularly tender and I tried vaping that neat no flavourings or nic & was pleasantly surprised it was rather sweet but was far better on throat. Time I had vaped a clearo full I must admit I was ready for some nic though, but I can imagine a time I am nic free but not vape free.. old habits with old dogs like me are hard to break

Also where did you get your nic / pg / vg ?

I got all my stuff apart from flavourings from FRogster in his mixing starter kit a few weeks back.

Or it's been cross contaminated with Frogster's tobacco leaf experiments - I always picture him in a lab full of curly glass tubes and bubbling cauldrons 
I'm sure it it's not that though!

One way to find out for sure if the nic is the issue is to make a 1ml no-flavour sample. Replace all your syringes/pipettes and work on a process of elimination. Or is there anyone in your house either smoking or using tobacco flavours?

LOL I have visions of him looking like the smilie with the big glasses and test tubes.

Mr Dolly only vapes the same kind of stuff I do. Tanks, clearos syringes and all bottles are regularly washed and then soaked in boiling water over night then rinsed in a sieve.

I am gonna try something later. Never tried the 70/30 mix. Always been 50/50.
