So this doesn't come into effect till 2016? Sorry but I've missed the news, just saw the headlines.

It'll be interesting to see the detail as ' e-cigarettes ' could encompass a massive range of products which can't realistically be regulated unless they're just talking about cigarette look-a-likes & pre-filled cartridges .

Whilst i appreciate that non-regulations maybe perceived as potentially dangerous, this is only really the case if the general public are denied access to Real Information about Electronic Cigarettes and there correct usage. If the medical profession would advise smokers of the benefits of Electronic Cigarettes as the most effective form of Tobacco Harm Reduction for instance - then this would allow smokers to make an informed decision and should they choose to switch - use a an established vendor rather than a market stall
