Hi lymmranger, and welcome to the forum! You've had some good advice so far, and I hope you are beginning to make some sense of the numbers etc. As has been said already, the higher the Mah (Milliamp/hour) rating, the longer the battery will last between charges. an 1100mah battery should last you the majority of a day with average vaping. These are also more costly to produce, so this is reflected in a higher price. These batteries would cost about £12-15 each if purchased separately. The VapeEscape kit is particularly good as it contains both cartomisers (a metal tube with a heating element which juice is soaked into) and a clearomiser (a more sophisticated version of a cartomiser with a see-through plastic tank, higher capacity, and in some cases the option to replace the atomiser head when it burns out after a couple of weeks). It may seem quite a high price to pay, but at £8.50 or thereabouts for a packet of fags, it's only a weeks worth of tobacco after which you will be in profit. Well, theoretically, because there will always be another juice or clearo which you will want to try!! Vape Escape are a well-respected vendor, and with the others listed in the vendors board on this forum, supplies good quality kit at a fair price. Beware - you can get these items (or similar in look to them) at a lower price, but they will be bad copies, and will probably not last that long. Whichever kit and juice you decide on, you will soon realise just how ineffective your 10Motives are and how much more you are enjoying your vaping. Keep us posted on your progress, and do ask away if you have any more questions - we are here to help you, and have all been where you are now at one stage Andy

Hello again! ....I said I would need help So I have been doing some reading around and have more questions... Up until recently I was quite happy with the system I started off with ( 10Motives) I was paying £5.99 for 5 refills in Sainsburys and 2 packs were lasting me a week (so compared with real cigs =RESULT!) I always enjoyed the hit nicotine gave me BUT hated smelling like a tramp (e-cig = RESULT) price has now gone up £1 a pack and I struggle to stick to 2 packs a week. (so not quite as happy) someone suggested refilling my used refills which I have done for the last week (VG only mix from nucig SO HAPPIER!!!) now don`t know if its because I am constantly refilling old refills or the crappy batteries, but once again its "not quite right" the 10motives gave me a slight cough - hence 100% vg was chosen on advice - this I now find gives me a slight sore throat and a slight runny nose (or is that a typical uk summer?) I know my present kit is on its last legs and needs replacing, this time I want to get it right..... money is very tight so I need to be sure.... Last night/yesterday you ALL welcomed me most heartily ( ) ..........and gave me a lot to think about Anyway today`s questions.......... I think on reflection I will go for the Riva1100 deluxe kit (..........unless?????) I need some more juice within 5 days but bearing in mind the above should I choose a PG?VG mix???? or just wait and get used to it? Also cannot see any info on here about nucig - is this something to be concerned about - I notice vapeescape (and lots of others) do liquid too if vapeescape are considered ok I may order everything at once not sure if there is anything else at the moment thanks I want a juice that tastes like a real ciggie - so tobacco flavour - the one I have just tried says it is "dunhill" - yeah right!!!

lymmranger if you mean your mains USB wall plug, then it should be fine to plug in your Riva USB charger.
