I want something with the same performance and well built as a Z-Atty re-build From a Uk vendor I'd also like to get ready pre-oxidised wicks and some wire with it...
Any ideas?

AGA is solidly built, relatively easy to set up and a good vape.
They are available all over.
If you want something to compare with a Z Atty you're probably going to need to spend more.
Same price of the AGA is the RSST which I prefer but do not think will last as long

The AGA is a good beginners atomizer - Have mine set up with steel cable and ribbon kanthal and it's working great. Haven't used the oxidised wicks as I found it easy enough making my own. Vapingthings have them at a good price

They all perform as well as they are setup - so how well can you set one up is the correct question. The RSST is the easiest for a beginner, the deck spacing is good and the juice cup and insulated wick hole reduce the issues of hotspots/shorts on your wick, but it will still need a coil wrapped.
Oxidising your wick is so simple it seems crazy to pay someone to do that for you, I literally just wave it through the flames on a gas hob, then roll it up and fit it. It takes longer to cut from a sheet of mesh than it will to oxidise it.

Just pass the mesh over a hot flame so that it glows red, not all at the same time, just as it passes through the flame. cut the mesh a little longer than the distance between to top of the center post and the bottom of the tank, if in doubt make it longer than you think as it is easy to trim once the coil is on, the other dimension I normally use 25-30mm wide. Smaller for a small (2.5mm or less) wick hole, 30mm works fine on an RSST with its large wick hole. Then a fold over the edge by aprox 2mm on the long side and roll the other edge into the middle. Keep rolling it between your fingers pressing outwards from the center. If you roll in one direction it tightens up, in the wrong direction it loosens up. I roll it until it fits the wick hole without snagging on the sides. This also leaves enough room down the middle for a fine steel rope, which is my preferred setup these days.

#400 mesh works fine, I use it on anything from 50/50 to 60/40 VG/PG and even 100% VG with no burning issues. Burning problems are to do with hot spots in the coils, even a dry wick wont give you a strong burnt flavour if its heating evenly (not that it tastes too good either). Another clue to a poor coil is the juice going dark quickly.
