Superb. I agree with most of this very well presented argument.

Sadly, I turned to e-cigs as a 100% alternative, and this is some of the problem.

Unless I am wrong, there seems to be the suggestion of having two types of e-cig; wow...now that's an idea . We can go about our business and big T and P can market a cessation e-cig.

How could we expect them to come up with anything else?  

Absolute farce   along with the MHRA supporting evidence ( in the pdf)  that was only up to 2011  and anything recent was put into addendum ( inc. Farsalinos) as irrelevant

It has took me a while to get find an e-cig that worked for me. I tried a few, usually trying out friends products to see what worked for me. I have eventually found one or two that work for me. And enjoy them, as stated in my blog, alongside cigarettes, according to circumstance.

Re FOREST - best to go to www.forestonline.org/about/faq/ that answers most questions I think. I am actually running a very specific campaign (http://www.handsoffourpacks.com) currently and don't get involved in the day to day running of Forest.

As for me, I am not told by anyone what to say or not say.
