Whilst i was away at download i accidentally sat on my vamo and protank and the thread of the protank has broken off in the vamo.
Does anyone have any idea how i can get it out?

I would have thought you could ease it out with a flat head screwdriver, it shouldn't be too tight unless the threading is damaged, which would possibly cause problems with the next device you attach.

blunt a nail, little dollop of superglue on blunt end (be careful not too much) glue nail to protank thread , allow to dry , it should just hold enough to unscrew it

Chuck a picture on the forum and we might be able to come up with a solution.

ooo thats well in there, BUT.
Get some sturdy needle nose pliers and some electrical tape wrap the electrical tape around each end of the pliers.
Dry off everything you can as much as possible.
Insert the needle nose and open them up with some pressure and slowly turn them.

Wrap the tape round normally or inside out so that the sticky side is on the outside?

normally, the tape will give it grip. Make sure you dry the surfaces off first.
If it doesn't work you can always create two loops of tape so its essentially double sided and stick those to the sides for extra grip.

That will also work quite nicely. I suggested my way because I have used the electrical tape round pliers for many things before now and its worked Obviously put the drill in reverse though haha

Don't put it on a drill..Just unwind it by hand..
Does not have to be a drill bit either. Anything of the small diameter like a small screwdriver will do too..The rubber will grip the leftover thread allowing you to unwind it easily.

That's why i use pliers with electrical tape, cos it gives me grip and i control the torque of unwinding.

Whatever works..
I found rubber to be very grippy and have got quite a few broken threads out that way..No one suggested the use of power tools..It has to be unwound by hand or you risk damaging the main threads.
