Have you made sure everything is screwed down tight lal? Not the same but we have had some leaky v3's and due to the heads not being done up tight enough.

Hi Lal.
Unscrew the base from the tank, pull off the coil cover (silicon collar and peg). Now you can see coil and wick assembly, put a small ammount of silica wick on top of coil assy, then replace peg and collar. Screw back base assy to the tank. Hopefully this should help to stop leaking, extra bit of silica wick will soak up more juice. Try it.

So, is it easier to order wick etc, or just order a new evod?

Both I think! Leaving out bottom onto battery, and every so often I get a not so pleasant sook of e-liq Sounds more like condensation than liquid, the condensation is a lot more thinner than liquid so easier to get to the bottom and out of the mouthpiece. Strip it all down and soak in warm soapy water and leave for 1hr then rinse and leave to fully dry and re-assemble and see how it goes. Also this part from here: allaboute-cigarettes.proboards.com/thread/22461/evod-protank-tips-tricks is very important: Cleaning when condensation has built up (this creates a little leakage and gurgling because it is very easy for it to seep through the wick due to it's thinness being mainly water).
Condensation is more likely to happen when the Evod/Protank is not in use or after heavy use, it's better to get rid of it before you leave your Evod/Protank to rest:1) Remove base and put to one side (I remove the base because it lets the air pressure out and speeds up process 2). 2) Put your Evod/Protank on a piece of tissue drip tip downwards and leave for 2mins. 3) Clean up the mess after the two minutes and roll a bit of tissue and pipe it through the drip tip as far as you can go to clean up any excess condensation. 4) Re-assemble and you are good to go.

Don't think it's condensation, stripped it, refilled it and after a couple of vapes it starts gurgling, and liquid is in the battery.

Don't want to speak too soon, but stripped it again, made sure base on really tight and fingers crossed seems OK. Better get another spare just in case...

Sounds like you're ok now but also worth mentioning is, if you take it to pieces, sometimes it's easy to forget to put the silicone cup back on, which will cause leaking into the battery. If it starts leaking/gurgling even with the silicone cup on, it's a good idea to take out the knurled air-post on the head and check the wick & coil are still nice & central in the hole. Sometimes the coil gets twisted off to one side by over tightening the battery, you can carefully move it back into position with a toothpick or tweezers etc

So, is it easier to order wick etc, or just order a new evod? I would suggest ordering some replacement heads. Maybe another evod AND some replacement heads. You could buy some wick and wire and have a go at DIY, but don't go thinking it's easy, just 'cause everybody says it is.
