Yes chrisjw I think you'll find though, that in these matters, there is always a middle man! As I said, the farmer doesn't leave these things to chance

Actually, I spent some time working on a stud farm ( not in a supplying capacity, you understand ) where racehorses were bred & I did have a front row seat when a stallion was 'covering' a mare (note the technical term )....a scary sight & not for the fainthearted...Those horses are massive & solid muscle. The mare ended up with a huge gash, down to the bone in her shoulder, where the stallion mounted her & pushed her into a holding block in his haste..........but I had the pleasure of being there when she had the foal......amazing sight..........Unfortunately, I took my life in my own hands every morning when mucking them out......I can't remember how many times I got bit & kicked........Never rode one though.....I'm not stupid......Well, I am, but............

I've not had a lot to do with cows, we don't get many roaming through the streets of Leeds . I'm imagining how they could get the taurine from the bull, but I'm hoping the middle man is mechanical.

Is it me or does the cows lips not match her eye-shadow? I notice she hasn't highlighted her udders either .... !

Can't say I really noticed her eyes spikey........haven't gazed that far up yet.............& I'm on my 9th viewing..........

not necessarily so, when the next prize winning line of cattle is concerned!  

Why pay for expensive machinery when farm workers are experienced in this kind of thing!

 I think cattle were being artificially inseminated before humans were!
