Homemade Sausage McMuffin

Found the recipe already written out on line They have taken it from the Take Away Secrets book.

So just copy if you want the bacon obviously just replace with bacon and follow the assembly instructions.

Nooooo dirty dirty dirty

If you want a professional version, get to iceland and buy a pack of square sausage, some muffins from anywhere (warbotons are nice) and some eggs.

Get a non stick frying pan out and then using a paper towel, apply a thin layer of oil. (You can also use low 1 cal spray)

Fry the sasusage.

In another pan porch an egg in water (don't do the lazy bugger way by microwaving it)

Half a muffin and toast.

Apply flora buttery or lurpac

Add the sausage

Apply pepper and a sprinkle of grated mature or extra mature cathedral city or wike farm Cheddar.
Add the egg
Add a splash of hp tom or hp fruity brown OR reggae reggae sauce

Bang on the top muffin layer and enjoy!


Belive me, I've not got a belly because I have bad taste buds lol

If you don't fancy square sausage, get a pack of streaky smoked bacon and make sure you cook it until it's so crispy it can snap. You will need 4 rashers per muffin.

No probs. I have the chicken in the brine now, ready for tomorrow, as the kids have friends over after school. Will cook it tomorrow, feed em, then come and write it upnfor you. The chicken gravy is just brilliant, I love that as much as the chicken,..lol

2 things of the top of my head I can think of what I love about Scotland...

Iron bru and square sausages. I mean, bread is square, why on earth mare round ones and put them in some horrid plasticy skin?

I love the kfc coating. You should just be able to buy a bucket of that - they can keep the fries and chicken. I have never found any other that tastes like it, they do say it's a secret recipe.
