I`m not sure if i`m just being old fashioned, but are they trying to think of things to add for the sake of it ? I couldn`t imagine charging anything that way - I`d rather the phone went off than my PV quite frankly.

I`d rather they redesigned the circuit boards from scratch and made them horizontal to try and shave a couple of centimetres off the length of these longer devices - if they`re going to bother fiddling with anything at all.

I've used the MVP to top up my iPhone a few times. But I agree unless it charges a nice big battery too it's worthless.

I looked at these for a groupbuy I was thinking about, then I came to my senses. 1x 18650 isn't going to go very far for those that have large battery capacity phones... bit of a pointless feature really
