Hi & welcome, Lauren. If you press the battery button, does the light come on? I know it sounds daft & obvious, but I'm asking, as it might be that you've accidentally turned it off.

I suspect the battery is not connecting properly with the charger or the charger is faulty, is it easy enough for you to contact the vendor and tell them it's not working and get a replacement?

Hi Lauren, I have the blister pack too. Regarding the battery this is what should happen. I will take it step by step, please don't be insulted, it's just that I know when it's all new, and you are in a bit of a flap with problems its difficult.
Screw the battery into the charger.
A green light will come on the charger right above where you screwed the battery in. This green light will change to red, and flicker. When it is fully charged the blue light on the battery will flash and the red light will turn green. The blue light on the battery stays on whilst it is charging.
Once the battery has charge in it the blue light should come on when you press the button. If it doesn't you need to press 5 times quickly.
Hope this helps.

Hi Lauren, i have a blister pack that i keep as a spare (to my 2 Riva batteries), when i charge the battery out of the blister pack 1). the light in my wall plug has a green light that stays green all through charging, 2). the light on my usb is green initially then after a few seconds turns red & stays red until charging is complete then changes to green, 3). the light on my battery flashes when power first reaches it & then stays on until charging is complete, then it flashes & goes off, hope this helps

That's a good point about the wall charger light. Lauren are you using a wall charger, or charging just using the usb lead? The constant green light needs to be on the usb lead.

lauren - I had my share of battery problems at the start, so here's several things. OK - what have you got the charger plugged into? If its a USB port, try using a Kindle plug (or iPhone/iPad I believe) or a powered USB hub. My USB did NOT work for the first charge - used Kindle plug - all good. Now it charges from USB ok. (Don't ask me why) Are you using the charger from the blister pack, or the 10motives one? 10motives may not work as it may be reverse-polarity. When you connect the battery to the charger, you say the light stays green. Does the battery light flash? It should. Ah - blister pack - from paradisevape? - if so, YES, my blue light stays on during charging and the charger light goes red. (Just checked for you - Plug it in, green light on charger. Battery light flashes. Charger goes red and battery light comes on. When charged, battery light goes of (I think) and charger goes green) I would say that using a Kindle plug or powered hub will solve you problem though.

Hi all, sry i had to go out last night but thank you for all the helpful advice. I have tried some of your suggestions but the battery is still not working. I believe it may be a faulty battery so i will contact Paradisevape and see where i go from there. Thanks for helping me with my teething problems, i'll keep you posted how i go when i get a new blister pack
