I just got a Sigelei Kick through the post from a mate, can't test it out yet as my 19b is in bits and being modded.

I've read some can be a little bit tight and equally some can be a little bit loose. Loose is easy to remedy with a small piece of cardboard at one side.

Yeah, it's if it's too tight it'll be a problem. I have 2 different mech mods (well, one semi) & I really want to try a kick in them.

It says on the site the tubes should be max 19.5mm internal diameter. I've measured both of mine & they come out at 16mm

Are they 14500 mods ?

I have one of the Chicks here and the diameter is 18.6mm and it's 17.1mm long, so it certainly wont fit a 14500 mod.

The width where the little spring loaded contact is situated is 19.3mm fully extended so would need to be less than that.

So ideal your mods inner diameter should be between 18.7mm and 19.2mm.

Yes the kicks need to be used with smaller batteries in length.
Lengthwise it will turn a 18350 into a 18500 and a 18500 into a 18650. As far as I know there's no mods that will take an 185650 and a kick but there may be an extra long one out there.
