charging the battery advice

Basically the lower the resistance, the more oomph, so more vapor and throat hit, however the lower the resistance the quicker your battery will run down!

I'd probably go for something between 2 and 2.4 if possible

Basically, if you smoked a capstan or rollies, go for the 1.8, silk cut- lamberts, 2.4.
