I can get hold of several flavours @10ml.(at a good price !) but they are only 11mg. So I bought some 52mg VG Base. Can I just add drops to the juices to up the Nic ? I know it will reduce the flavours, but I'm thinking as only a couple of drops will do, then the flavour won't be affected too much ! Any help from you experienced mixers appreciated. cauldron-smileyI am aiming at the 18mg I am used to .

Hi frankiestine Sounds like a plan. It's exactly what I'm planning on doing too. I only vape at around 2mg, but it's hard enough finding full ranges at zero nic never mind ultra-low I plan to go the DIY route eventually, but for now I'm just going to start adding drops of nicotine to some 0mg liquids using a calculator to get the correct ratios. I'm sure someone more knowledgeable than myself will probably suggest something better, but I've found some calculators here: www.ecigvape.com/#anc_calcs

A quick EMJU calculation tell me you'd need to add approx. 1.3ml to achieve 18mg. I'm not that good at maths though, that only applies to 10ml, but you'd be ending up with approx. 11.5ml... But yes, in principle, you can just add nic

You will need to add 2ml. of the Nic base to 10ml. of the 11mg flavour to give you the overall 12ml. of 18mg Nic that you want which is a ratio of 83% flavoured 11mg. to 17% of the 54mg. Nic base.
You may find that the flavour will be diluted quite a bit from the taste point of view.
