Damn Barclays to hell and back, even they`re getting in on the act - this is why I never give any info out unless critical and obfuscate the rest when possible - targeted advertising makes me want to puke.
All these companies just want to leech our data and use it for our own good against us...we are the commodity.

Well, don't download any Barclay's apps and don't like them on Facebook or use any other of their social media platforms. All that other stuff they were doing already - 'this call may be recorded' etc. I agree, though, I hate advertising of all kinds in general.

If my bank starts to pester me on my cellphone, they'll be getting very short and sharp answers. Best of luck to them finding me on FB or any other anti-social networking site - I'm quite obscured on those.
