Made my first order with them yesterday. Parcel had to get way up in the Scottish Highlands but it arrived promptly this morning. I got what I ordered, it was brand new and undamaged, with NO surprises.

I favour Hangsen E-Liquids and these guys have the best prices I have seen recently. Even a small thing such as an Ego Hard case is half price with these guys compared to most other online sites. I would not say they have the largest stock, but they do have everything you need to keep you going, and doubtless coming back for more.

I left the best until last. The service is quite frankly superb. They give you that personal touch that it so often missing in the retail world today.

Thanks Guys, you just gained a new customer.

Although .... with all the stuff I bought don't expect to see me again for several weeks, but trust me, I will be back.

We like to do the personal touch very well, we look at what we would expect if we were the customer and try and replicate that, and it hasn't failed us yet.

You are right about the selection being quite small but we are always adding to the list, but we do concentrate on getting the basics right, and will continue to do so.

I think you are right to contain growth and instead offer that personal service. All too often in the retail sector large size and retail growth usually happen at the expense of customer service. What you offer is all too often unique in today's retail market.

I think we were both amazed that the parcel made it here next morning! My very friendly and reliable postie informed me that they are flown up. Even so, hat's off to them, and to you for taking the time to contact me to tell me it might not make it the next morning.

It did, and as you can tell I am well pleased with the contents.

When I need more supplies, you will get the business.

Makes us both happy, huh? And ... that's the way it should be.
