New member help needed itaste MVP

A: when it gets low on charge it auto shuts off[ rapid click 5 times] lights flash red to green,charged just green
B: Sometimes when depressing the fire button your actually pressing the whole area and fire button[middle bit ] is not depressed
C: Check no juice has got onto center pin[common problem] wipe with a bit of tissue


You probably got the kit with either i16 or i30 clearos

Thank you all for you welcome and helpfull advice. I've tried easing with a screwdriver the centre pin in the MVP unit and with the clearos without success. The light on the MVP unit now stays on when I try to use it with the clearo that came with it, and won't go out untill I unscrew it, but it still won't work ? I'm at a loss.

Is it new Giantrust? If so I'd be contacting your Vendor now . . . if you bought it from FastTech, their Customer Service seems to be quite good in the event of any problems.

Yes it's about 3 weeks old. i think thats what im going to have to do, hopefully they'll be able to sort it.

I know this is an old thread, but I just wanted to thank DiscoDes for his advice here and let others know that this worked for me when my Itaste MVP wouldn't turn back on after charging it. I used a VERY thin piece of metal to gently pry up the button and it works great again! This is my favorite battery, so I was devastated when it wouldn't work. Thanks Disco!
