Yeah ebay is the source for most of my parts, but you have to be carfeul choosing. For instance the step up 3v to 5v boards you linked to may at first seem a good deal but then you read the full specs. The boards just wouldn't work right since they are limited to 650mA which is below what attys need.
Keep looking though and you can find really useful deals.

I've been mulling over that actually... I'm thinking that I may simply add an atomiser connection and see what happens... the full case already has a push to make switch installed... though I have been thinking of making something wearable, or with a long flexi-tube attachment... not sure... I do impulse buy (a lot), and people on here are used to that I think...
I also bought a few wind up torches that have a 3.4v battery inside them, am in the process of replacing the battery (as it was only 3mah) to something a little beefier, but not much larger in size, and turning those into a mod...
